Research Culture

In our group we have weekly group meetings where we discuss results and developments in the literature. Recently we had a group meeting to discuss Research Culture, in particular what we think constitutes good research culture. The above image shows the results of our discussion. Whilst this is definitely a first draft I’m really proud of what we came up with. We had some really interesting discussions alongside writing these lists and I’m really looking forward to seeing how our vision of good research culture changes with new members joining the group
